Lovely suite with ocean view. Comfortable and spacious bed. Great customer service. Delicious breakfast with plenty of options. Beautiful views from the restaurant. Efficient and friendly staff. Complimentary water and soft drinks

This hotel is a luxurious and exclusive venue that provides exceptional service to the guests. the Spa & wellness center is a great escape from daily tension, with lush indoor swimming pool, sauna and massage facilities. the rooms are spacious, cozy, and have exclusive amenities. the restaurant is superb, the breakfast is delicious, and the bar/lounge area is perfect for relaxation. the beachfront location is a bonus, with easy access to the beach, and sun loungers with stunning views of the ocean.
One minor issue was the lack of a steam room. the service was good, but could have been more relaxed.

Our stay was amazing – we were upgraded to a lovely suite with an ocean view, a full lounge, and a very comfortable bed. The hotel facilities were great, particularly the sauna area with four different saunas. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options and freshly cooked eggs. The staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel's location next to the beach and within a 10-minute walk to restaurants was perfect.
There was nothing we didn't like.

The spa was very relaxing and the massages were great. We also appreciated the complimentary soft drinks and snacks in the minibar. the beachside location was perfect for our romantic walks.
The room was small and basic. the worst part was that we were kept waiting for an hour during check-in, which was frustrating after a long journey.

Located next to the beach with stunning views, the breakfast buffet was amazing with a variety of delicious food and drink options. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay, providing complimentary drinks at all times. The spa was also a nice touch, even though it lacked natural light.
We experienced some inconveniences such as having no hot water and difficult check-in arrangements, which made us feel unwelcome and somewhat uncomfortable. the overall atmosphere could have been more relaxed and inviting, rather than feeling like an imposing and formal establishment.

The hotel's location is exceptional with breathtaking views from the restaurant, bar and terrace. the rooms are spacious and comfortable with complimentary drinks replenished daily. the friendly staff add to the relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast offers an excellent selection of delicious food.
The exquisite ballroom is not fully utilized and could benefit from more regular use and better lighting.
